• Setting the appropriate Live Catch Trap(s) inside the ground to quickly trap the Gophers or Moles

• The use of a gopher gas (fumigant) is only about 50% effective,  traps are 99%, and bait is 98% - We do not use these products

• We believe the best way to get rid of gophers is through the use of Traps. Our License allows us to live trap the gophers which means no poisons, baits, or pesticides. (according to the CDFG we can not relocate the Botta's Pocket Gophers

• Please if you use  gopher poisons never place them on the surface, or broadcast them (throw them across the area like bird feed). This causes the useless death of non target animals like hawks, and other birds and maybe even your loving pet. 

• Never use poisons around your fruit trees, vegetables gardens etc. the roots can leech these items back into your food chain. Then when you consume that fruit or vegetable, you will be eating that poison too.

• If you are unsure how to trap or if you decide to go the poison method for your gophers, please read your label carefully and or contact a licensed professional for help.

How to figure out what the pricing for your Gopher or Mole problem:

• We price according to how many six foot areas/zones you have activity in, mileage, drive time, the number of perceived visits to eradicate the issue, and the danger factor (slippery hillsides etc.)

To figure how many six foot areas/zones of activity you have, try this (most people have an average finger tip to finger tip reach of about six feet.) You can use this to gauge how many areas you have.  Stick your arms out to the side and turn in a circle, everything in that your fingers touch is a zone.

 Other factors that might change the price, is the distance and drive time to and from job, and the number of foreseen visits to remedy the situation.

Pricing starts at $200  **  for the service call plus fuel and mileage. This includes one- six foot zone. Additional six foot zones of active gophers or moles will be charged at $50 each. Discounts are given for jobs of over three zones.

• We return to the job site every 3 - 5 days for the first two weeks, then once a week for the remainder of the 30 day contract. This means we will be at your home up to four times during the first two weeks.

• Our contracts start at 14 days and we treat or trap for up to 30 days. With very few ever having to go into our "Preventative Maintenance Program"

• We can rid your landscape of Gopher infestation in as little as 7 days.
